The Newport Art Museum is extremely grateful to its friends and members who have made provisions for the Museum in their estate plans. In January of 2017, an anonymous benefactor left the Museum $4.7 million, the largest gift in the Museum’s 105-year history. This transformative planned gift, which has been added to the museum’s endowment, recognizes and supports the value of the Museum’s longstanding dedication to serving its community through arts education, exhibitions, community outreach initiatives, and historic preservation.
There are many ways a planned gift to the Newport Art Museum can be mutually beneficial to the donor and the institution. We are happy to work with you, your family, and financial advisor to answer questions about plan options.
