What is Art After Dark?
The Newport Art Museum's sparkling late night gathering, Art After Dark, is held on the second Thursday of each month and features artful programs, talks, gallery games, music, drinks and inspired conversation. Each Art After Dark is unique and full of new adventures. Admission is free for Members. ($10 suggested donation for non-members)

Until winter finally loosens it's grip, warm up at the Museum, connect with friends and family, and feast your eyes on the vibrant colors on view in our galleries. Savor Lost Art Cultured Foods lovingly crafted, delicious krauts and kimchi, be inspired by Islay Taylor's extravagant mixed media neckpieces, explore the Museum's permanent collection, view the stars above through high-powered telescopes and learn the related mythical stories of the constellations. Enjoy a festive all-ages night out at the Museum. Live music, early evening guided tours for children and late night "Insomniac Tours" for adults, an all-ages scavenger hunt of the Museum's permanent collection, hands-on crafts, libations and light refreshments.
