Featuring the Marley Bridges Theatre Company

Murder at the Museum featuring the Marley Bridges Theatre Company (formerly of the Astors' Beechwood)  is a year round series of family friendly, interactive mystery experiences. Each script is unique and created specifically to be performed within the walls of the John N. A. Griswold House – famed architect Richard Morris Hunt’s first Newport commission. Centered around historical characters, these scripts spark the imagination, engage one’s inner child and invite audiences to explore the visual arts through a detectives eyes. Search the historic Griswold House galleries for clues and question suspects in this 90 minute, family-friendly, murder mystery. Questions? Join the Marley Bridges Theatre Company for an interactive murder mystery in the Museum's historic John N. A. Griswold House. Set in the present, guests will attend Newport's first annual Steampunk "Sleuth-i-Con." Meet your favorite heroes and villains from steampunk culture, vote for "Best & Worst Costumes," and mix and mingle with fellow enthusiasts. Dress-up becomes reality and results in a guest's death...  You will need to explore the galleries, question the suspects, and decipher clues in order to piece together the murder. Do you have what it takes to solve the crime?

When something goes terribly wrong, you will search the galleries for clues, question suspects to help solve the crime!
