Members, please pass the word: Parents can stretch their summer camp dollars and save money year round on family programs by joining the Newport Art Museum before the end of June. In addition, by registering any combination of family members for two or more summer art classes, camps or workshops, families will receive a $10 discount on a new Household (or Military Household) Membership or on an upgrade to Household Membership.

Museum members save $
All members save money on just about everything the Museum offers via discounts on art classes, camps and workshops and on admission fees to popular programs and events such as the PM Picnics concert series and the Winter Lecture Series. If you're a member of the military you can save even more.

Community Arts Connect Day is accessible to all

If you get around in a wheelchair, or you have a visual impairment, or you're caring for someone with a mental or developmental disability, you've probably been frustrated by poorly designed buildings or programs that make it difficult or impossible to participate. Access won't be a problem during Community Arts Connect Day on Saturday, May 16. We've removed all the barriers to participation - in the programming, in the physical arrangements and even the price - it's all free! Join us for this day of art-making activities designed for people of all ages and abilities. Gallery tours run throughout the day. Workshops run every 45 minutes beginning at 1 p.m.
Community Arts Connect Day is a collaborative effort between the Newport Art Museum, VSA arts of Rhode Island and the Little Compton Community Center with support from the Newport County Fund of the Rhode Island Foundation.
