Instructor Natalie Pfanstiehl Painting "en plein air." |
Plein-air classes plentiful this summer. Get out and about this summer with some of the region's best known artists as they teach you the ins and outs of painting, drawing or photographing outdoors (plein-air.) You can choose to portray land, sea, gardens, street scenes and even the figure in an outdoor setting.
An outdoor class is a great way to gear up for WET PAINT, our annual public art event and auction. Join hundreds of other artists painting on location out of doors on Saturday, August 15 and watch the bids on your artwork at the auctions on Sunday, August 16.
