"Inside the Wave" wins Surf! Surf! Surf!

Penny Ashford's Inside the Wave has won first place in our virtual gallery contest, Surf! Surf! Surf!. Penny took this digital photograph "...while the waves were crashing down on me in Narragansett, Rhode Island". Our guest juror, Natasha Harrison, selected Penny as one of six finalists and then over 300 of our fans voted. Congratulations Penny!
